03 / Weddings

Several vehicles, the same dates, one number to ring.

Airport, hotel and venue transfers across three or four days. You give us the run sheet once and the vehicles are held for those dates, on our own registration.

Rates agreed in writing before the first trip, and the same rates on the last one. Finance gets one GST invoice a month instead of a receipt per journey.

Outstation is billed on a minimum 300 km a day. Extra hours ₹500 each, extra kilometres ₹38 to ₹45 each.

Cancel 48 hours ahead for a full refund. Later than that, the advance is retained.
